Truly represent the motto of being the place with the helpful hardware folks… friendly and knowledgeable staff that look out to give you the best value for the products you’re in need of. I’ve actually had them direct me to less expensive items than what I thought I needed because they knew better than I. Went in today to have an old gallon of paint shaken - wasn’t even bought from them initially and left with some freshly shaken paint and a couple of tools after a really nice conversation with an employee.

I went in today to buy some drain cleaner. The guy who helped me was super friendly. He got pulled away to help some guy that just got into a car accident outside (he was fine i think)... What made my year was the cashier checking me out when i was leaving. He noticed my FRANK ZAPPA shirt, and said he liked him and told me a few albums he had. Not a lot of people know who Frank Zappa is. And my bathtub is still plugged! But im ok with that. Sort of. Ive lived in the point forever, and these guys are always super helpful and nice. Love this place! (And I hope the cashier wins the lottery)

Great little hardware store in Point Place! I got waited on promptly. The associate led me to the aisle and shelf where I could get what I needed. Both associates were personable and helpful. The store is just the right size to be able to run in and out, quickly.

Went to 4 different places and they all treated me like I was stupid or they didnt know what a vacumn belt was! Came here and in 2 minutes I was set to go with the young man behind the counter finding the belt I needed. Got my carpet cleaner fixed and ready to go!!!
